HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE PRODUCT?

ORDER

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Basically receive your order within 1 day.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We will send an email to tell you that the order has been shipped.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
The order will be shipped out 2-3 days after the payment is confirmed.Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00pm on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via email to request for such changes.
CAN I CHOOSE MY DISPATCH DATE?
Sorry, we will send it out within 2-3 days after you confirm the order to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

 

SHIPMENT

WHAT COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE TO DELIVER THE GOODS?
In Australia, we usually use sendle to ship goods. If you need to send to other places or need other courier service providers, you need to contact customer service.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order on the official website.
WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ALL AT ONCE?
This depends on the delivery process of the courier service provider.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
All orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 2-10 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.  We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.
MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPMENT,WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Sorry for this, we will refund or re-delivery after we understand the matter.
